ORAL PRESENTER
Presentation preparation
Each presenter is allocated a 15‑minute slot. Please ensure your presentation remains within this limit, as the session chairs must keep the schedule strictly on time. Questions will be addressed at the end of each session.
For each accepted contribution you may delivery one file (max 230 MB):
• Save your presentation as .ppt, .pptx, .pdf
• Prepare your slides in 16:9 format
• Use the following filename convention: abstractID_Lastname.ppt/.pptx/.pdf e.g. 101_Brown.pptx
Presentation delivery
Presenters are requested to upload their files to the dedicated laptop of the speaker-ready area located in the conference room (Big Hall). A technician and a member of the organising team will be present to assist during the process.
Presentations will have to be uploaded, via USB memory stick, during the breaks and no later than 30 minutes before the start of the session.
Before uploading, please check the online programme for the date and time of your presentation.. Presenters are advised to check in advance if formulas/animations/videos are shown correctly.
Before and during the session
Please ensure you are in the session room at least 30 minutes before the session begins to meet the session chairs who will be near the stage.
The presenters must change the slides using the slide-advance device placed on the podium. Presentations from personal laptops are not allowed, to ensure smooth transitions and minimise delays.
Publication of presentations
Following the event, the presentations may be published online. Should you NOT want your presentation to be published, please inform the workshop organiser.
